Why can't I access my account?
Your account may be disabled if:
- You have made multiple unsuccessful attempts to sign on
- Your password has expired
If your account has been disabled or your password has expired, contact your Wells Fargo Equipment Finance Representative.
Why must I supply my phone number to change my password?
If you forget your password, the secure validation process allows you to verify your identity using a code you receive by phone (text or voice). Verifying your identity helps to ensure your security and saves your contact information for account access.
What if my password has expired?
You will be prompted to reset your password starting 10 days before it expires. If you do not reset your password within the 10 days, your account will be disabled.
To restore access to your account, contact your Wells Fargo Equipment Finance Representative.
What is secure validation?
Secure validation is a necessary step to confirm your identity. When you click on for the First Time Password Setup or Forgot password, you will receive a validation code via email to verify your contact information and complete the password reset process.
Why has the validation code expired?
For security purposes, your validation code is only valid for 8 minutes. If you have not validated the code after 8 minutes, you must request a new code or contact your Wells Fargo Equipment Finance Representative to complete the process.
How Do I...?
Change my email address, phone number, or update my profile information
Step 1: Log In using your registered User Id and Password
Step 2: Upon successful login. Select My Profile Link on left navigation menu.
Step 3: Modify First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone Number as needed. Click on Update to save data.
Change my Password
- If you forget your password, go to the Sign On page and select Forgot Password
- You will be prompted to enter your User ID and complete the secure validation process. Once you complete secure validation, you will create a new password.Note: You can only change your password once every 24 hours.
- For security purposes, passwords are valid for a limited time. In the days before your password expires, you will see a prompt to change your password on the Sign On page.
Complete secure validation
To complete the Forgot Password process, you must verify your identity through secure validation.
Step 1: Enter your user ID
Step 2: Select your preferred delivery channel to receive a validation code by email. Ensure you enter the email we have on file, and select Send Code Now.
Step 3: Enter your validation code.
- If you do not receive your validation code within 2 minutes, select have your validation code resent.
- Enter the validation code within 8 minutes of receipt.
Step 4: Create a new password.
